  • A workbook — one section a day, printable or filled in on screen. One question a day, not a form to complete.
  • One woman of the early ummah, told at length, whose life meets this subject.
  • A sources sheet — every āyah and ḥadīth used, with its reference and its grading. Nothing quoted that is not cited.
  • A keep-it card — the whole practice on one page, for after day seven.
  • A day-eight letter, on what to do now — including when the answer is nothing.
  • Lifetime access. Bought once, revisited whenever, and it does not expire.

What we do not promise

We do not promise you peace, or ease, or a changed heart. Those are Allah’s to give, and no one selling anything should pretend otherwise. What we promise is a short walk, well made, and honest company while you walk it.
